HRT has been providing foster care services since 1981. We license all levels of foster care including Family Foster Homes, Kinship, Medically Complex, Therapeutic, and Child & Adult Developmental Homes. We also provide certification for Adoption through Foster Care.

HRT offers a variety of services to families involved with the Department of Child Safety or the Family Court system. Services include Family Connections, Nurturing Parenting, SENSE, Supervised Exchange and Visitation, Counseling, and Parenting Classes.
