The TBRI® Empowering Principles are designed to facilitate change in children by supporting their physical needs and teaching them self-regulation skills. Self-regulation skills, managing behavior and emotions, are important for children’s success in the classroom, with peers, and in interactions with adults. Two sets of strategies, Physiological (Physical/Internal) and Ecological (External/ Environmental) Strategies, contain approaches for helping children learn to regulate their behavior and emotions in the ever-changing world around them.

This is the 3rd session in a 4 part series
